El Gaucho

Savoy Magazine
"Power. Substance. Style. Best steaks in the
great Northwest."

"Just a quick note of thanks for the great dinner that we had last week at El Gaucho . I thought it was one of the best dining experiences that I ever had."
Don Grasse,
El Gaucho patron

Dining with Mackay Restaurants is an event. Tableside preparations of Bananas Foster or Chateaubriand create a spectacle for the guests. The exhibition kitchen adds to the ambiance with an open bed of hot, glowing coals serving fresh-daily selections of 28-Day Dry-Aged Certified Angus Beef Prime Steaks and seafood. Mink-lined booths encircle the floor for the best view of the activity below, while candlelit posts form winding paths though the activity. El Gaucho is a swanky supper club, nostalgic in both service and design.
