Our restaurants forge a strong bond with our communities by being generous in our fundraising for local charities as well as giving our time and energy to help build better communities. A few causes that El Gaucho has an ongoing commitment to are the Seattle Union Gospel Mission, The Boys and Girls Club of King County, and The Hemophilia Foundation of Oregon and Hemophilia Center at Oregon Health and Science University. Each of us has a certain obligation to help make our community a better place and we thank our partners for providing us an outlet to do so.

Seattle Union Gospel Mission
On the last Wednesday and Thursday of every month, you will find our team joyfully serving lunch at Seattle Union Gospel Mission. Since 1932 the Mission has dedicated their efforts to compassionately helping those in need with services in education, spiritual development, and basic life essentials. We strongly believe in their mission to “serve, rescue, and transform those in greatest need” and are proud to partner with them to help restore hope in our community. Website >

Boys and Girls Club of King County
We are honored to partner with a local charity that aims to positively influence the youth of our community. As the beneficiary of many of our events, we support The Boys and Girls Club of King County’s own mission statement full heartedly. Their dedication to inspiring young people “to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens” aligns seamlessly with our companywide core value of building a strong community. The Hemophilia Foundation of Oregon and
Hemophilia Center at Oregon Health and Science University
The action oriented spirit of The Hemophelia Foundation of Oregon is contagious and their determined efforts to positively influence the lives of those struggling with bleeding disorders are motivating. Founded in Portland in 1963, this local organization is the sole beneficiary of El Gaucho Portland’s annual fundraiser, Shooting for the Stars.
